Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Designed to honour the time, commitment, and energy that go into every seat at Kkala.

1.1 REFUND POLICY
At Kkala, every admission activates faculty schedules, studio hours, and learning resources specifically for the student. Because of this:
Once fees are paid—full or partial—they are non-refundable.
This applies to:
-
All courses
-
All durations
-
All instalment plans
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as:
-
Change of mind
-
Loss of interest
-
Academic pressure or exams
-
Travel, holidays, or personal commitments
-
Schedule changes on the student’s side
-
Failure to attend classes
Internal Rationale (for staff reference):
A confirmed admission blocks a seat, reserves trainer time, and triggers backend systems like learning materials, batch planning, and studio allocation. Since these resources cannot be reassigned mid-cycle, refunds are not feasible.
Note: The public explanation of this policy may be gentler, but the internal rule remains absolute.

1.2 CANCELLATION POLICY
Students may cancel their admission at any time; however:
-
No refund will be issued.
-
All future instalments are cancelled and not payable.
-
No certificate will be issued if the course is cancelled mid-way.

1.3 RESCHEDULE POLICY (Limited)
Rescheduling refers ONLY to shifting to a different batch/timing/start date.
Rescheduling is allowed only once and only for documented extreme emergencies.

Valid Emergency Situations (with proof):
-
Medical emergency requiring rest (doctor’s certificate)
-
Hospitalisation of the student or immediate family
-
Bereavement in the immediate family
-
Natural disaster affecting residence

Not considered emergencies:
Exams, relocation, coaching classes, family vacations, workload, travel, extracurriculars, festivals, personal projects, relationship issues, or difficulty managing time.

1.4 RULES FOR RESCHEDULING
If the student meets the valid emergency criteria:

Reschedule Window
-

-
No custom timings or one-on-one shifts will be arranged.

-

-

-
Pending instalments must still be paid as per the revised schedule.

Documentation Required
-
Medical certificates, hospital papers, or official records.
-
Requests without documentation will not be approved.

1.5 NON-COMPLETION / DROP-OUT CASES
If a student stops attending or drops out mid-course:
-
No refund will be issued.
-
Rescheduling is not permitted unless it qualifies under emergency rules.
-
No certificate will be awarded.
-
Remaining studio access or program privileges will be discontinued.

1.6 INSTALMENTS & NON-PAYMENT CASES
For students on instalment plans:
-
After 21 days of non-payment → Admission Suspended
-
After 30 days of non-payment → Admission Terminated
Suspension or termination does not entitle the student to any refund.
Rescheduling is not allowed unless under approved emergency conditions.
