Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction

At Kkala, we strive to provide a positive and enriching learning experience for all our students. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for all paid workshops conducted by Kkala.

Cancellation by Participant​

Paid Workshops:

• Participants may cancel their registration for a paid workshop at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the workshop. A full refund will be processed for cancellations received within this timeframe.

• For cancellations made within 1 hour of the workshop start time, no refund will be issued.

Free Workshops:

• Due to the complimentary nature of free workshops, no refunds or transfers are applicable.

​Cancellation by Kkala

Kkala reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:​

• Insufficient enrollment

• Instructor illness

• Unforeseeable events (e.g., inclement weather, building closures)

In the event of a workshop cancellation by Kkala, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the following options:

• Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for all paid workshops.

• Transfer to an Alternative Workshop: Participants may choose to transfer their registration to a different workshop of equal or lesser value, subject to availability.

• Credit Towards Future Workshops: Participants may choose to apply the workshop fee as a credit towards a future workshop at Kkala.

Payment Methods

• At Kkala: Payments can be made in cash or by UPI at the Kkala premises.

• Online: Payments can be made online through secure payment gateways (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI).

Refund Processing

• Refunds for online payments will be processed to the original payment account within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.

• Refunds for payments made at Kkala will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request and can be collected in person at the Kkala premises.

Other Important Notes

• This policy applies to all paid workshops conducted by Kkala.

• Kkala reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

• By registering for a Kkala workshop, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Cancellation and Refund Policy.
