Dhananjay Bhatt

Head of Department (Music)

Dhananjay Bhatt is a Hindustani classical vocalist with over 15 years of experience in teaching and performance. An allumni  of Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad, he has mentored contestants from shows like Sa Re Ga Ma Pa, Rising Star, and Little Champs. At KKALA, he heads the music department, crafting a curriculum that fuses classical training with contemporary performance to help students discover their unique voice.

Bhagyashree Panchale

Head of Department (Music)

Popularly known as Ghazalkanya, Bhagyashree Panchale is a renowned ghazal artist carrying forward the musical legacy of her father, Pandit Bhimrao Panchale. She combines classical purity with deep emotional resonance, bringing fresh energy to the modern ghazal stage. At KKALA, she mentors students in ghazal rendition, lyrical expression, and stagecraft, ensuring this poetic tradition continues to inspire new generations.

Vocal Instructor

Rachit Agarwal is a versatile vocalist and winner of The Voice (IPML), known for his exceptional range and captivating stage presence. With a foundation in classical music and a flair for modern genres, he bridges traditional and contemporary forms effortlessly. At KKALA, he trains aspiring singers in vocal technique, performance energy, and confidence, helping them connect deeply with their craft.

Arushi Bajpai

Vocal Instructor

Trained under Ustad Ghulam Dastgir Khan Sahab of the Rampur Sehaswan Gharana, Arushi Bajpai is a postgraduate in Hindustani classical vocal music. Her repertoire spans classical, Sufi, folk, and ghazal, alongside Bollywood playback. At KKALA, she guides students through vocal development, tone refinement, and emotional expression, blending traditional training with performance-oriented learning.

Vocal Instructor

A soulful singer from Bhilai now based in Mumbai, Tanishq Karnawat is deeply rooted in Hindustani classical music and believes that “Music is my Ikigai.” She is known for her authentic expression and connection to melody. At KKALA, she introduces students to classical bandish, vocal structure, and performance confidence, making complex concepts engaging and approachable.

Sitar Instructor

Aayushmaan Srivastava is an acclaimed sitarist, composer, and Guinness World Record holder celebrated for his artistry and innovation. A graduate of the London School of Economics, he balances academic brilliance with deep-rooted musicianship. At KKALA, he introduces students to sitar technique, stage performance, and the philosophy behind Indian classical music.

Pradeep Pandey

Piano Instructor

Pradeep Pandey is a Mumbai-based singer, composer, and pianist with a strong presence across live and studio performances. Having performed internationally in Singapore and Dubai, he blends technical skill with emotional storytelling. At KKALA, he trains students in melody structure, chord progressions, and stage performance, helping them discover their creative identity through music.

Guitar Instructor

Neelabh Nath is a guitarist, producer, and performer known for his intuitive teaching and soulful playing style. Active in Mumbai’s independent music scene, he bridges live performance with music production. At KKALA, he leads the Learn With KKALA – Guitar Edition series, simplifying complex techniques and helping students turn feeling into sound.

Sima Maiti

Kathak & Odissi Dance Instructor

A seasoned Kathak and Odissi performer-teacher, Sima Maiti has over 15 years of experience in classical dance. Trained at Prachin Kala Kendra (Chandigarh) and Isharad Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, she has performed at prestigious government and cultural events. At KKALA, she designs the classical dance syllabus and mentors students in technique, repertoire, and performance excellence.

Sanjana Sharma

Belly Dance Instructor

Sanjana Sharma, fondly known as Habibi Sanjana, is the founder of Belly Dance Habibi (Mumbai) and one of India’s most prominent belly dance instructors. With over a decade of teaching and choreography experience, she leads citywide showcases and collaborates with international artists. At KKALA, she mentors students in movement, confidence, and stage presentation through belly dance.

Sasha Shetty

Ballet Dance Instructor

A classically trained ballet dancer and founder of The Indian Ballerina, Sasha Shetty has studied the Vaganova method and trained further in New York. She has performed in the Netflix feature Yeh Ballet and regularly leads workshops in Mumbai. At KKALA, Sasha teaches ballet technique, pointe work, and performance repertoire, fostering grace, discipline, and confidence.
